Policies

We have a no refund, no returns and/or no exchanges policy for any reason.  All sales are final.  Please read below for more details.  

You must initial and agree to our no refund policy before being allowed to purchase and we maintain all this data on file on your account.  If for any reason, you do not agree to our limited warranty or no refund policy, simply do not place an order as we are unable to make exceptions.

We are the only authorized and approved by OtterBox® exclusive seller of authentic OtterBox® monogrammed cases for your iphones, iPad and other electronic devices.  

*Disclaimer: Lipstick Shades does not warranty your iphone, ipad or any electronic device against ANY damage including but not limited to breakage or water damage with the use of any of our monogrammed tech cases or accesories.  You are responsible for the care of, insurance, and replacements of your own electronic device.  By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these and all of our terms.  

ORDERS

For super easy ordering, all orders come with typeset and color as shown unless otherwise noted on product.  Please make sure your order is perfect just as you want it.  Due to our fast production time, once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes.  If a change must be made and we approve the change request, an $20 fee will be charged per change and the production of your order may be delayed. 

Our normal estimated turnaround time is around 5-14 business days plus ship time.  This is only an estimation and not a guarentee.  Your item is custom made for you and refunds or cancellations are not avaialble due to items not received during this estimated time frame. This does not apply to holidays, rush seasons, or acts of God beyond our control. Turnaround time may be longer during holiday season.  (This is an estimated turnaround time and orders could be received sooner or later than estimated time frame.)   We know you want your Lipstick Shades personalized product  and we are excited to get it to you. Our products are custom made just for you so please be patient...we promise, they are worth the waiti!

Lipstick Shades will do our best to meet "request by" dates noted on your orders however, they cannot be guareenteed.  We do not call or email to confirm or discuss "request by" dates noted anywhere on orders including special instructions. We will process your order once placed and refunds will not be given for orders not received by the "request by" date.   

Personalized products cannot be rushed.  However, rush shipping is available if you need it quicker.  Just select the rush shipping option of your choice at checkout.

Please make sure you order your product exactly as you want it.  Your order will be automatically processed once you submit it and we will not "hold" your order to contact you regarding any comments or instructions noted on your order.  If you have a question, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Once your order is placed, you are responsible for your order, it is processed as it was placed, and cannot be canceled or changed in any way.  This includes but not limited to artwork, shipping addresses, names, monograms, designs, colors etc.

Lipstick Shades reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time at their own discretion.


PROOFS

We are thrilled to be able to offer you our online editor tool that allows you to "play" and completely customize your personalized gift however you like and see exactly what you are going to get.  Please review your design and product carefully as returns and refunds are not available on personalized product for any reason.  You are able to design and preview your customized design online prior to your purchase so you know exactly what you are getting.  Our online proofing system generates an image proof on the approval screen.  Please review every aspect of your design carefully to ensure you typeset it correctly and exactly as you want it.  Once you approve the online proof, you will receive your product exactly as displayed on your screen.  Any additional special instructions noted anywhere on the order will not apply torwards your proof once you approve it and place your order.  Lipstick Shades will not apply a change to your approved proof.  If you have a question or concern, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Once you approve your proof and place your order you will receive exactly what you approved. Do not approve your online proof if the image shown on your screen is not what you want to recieve.  

We do not change your proof once you approve it and comments noted in special instructions are not used to re-design your product.
 If the image you are viewing on our online design tool is not correct, then do not approve your proof. 

If you approved your proof with mistakes including but not limited to wrong initials or monogram, incorrect names, wrong colors etc., refunds or exchanges are not available as Lipstick Shades is not responsible for customers mistakes on approved proofs. You will be bummed if you get your product and you approved it with someone else's monogram so please, please, please take the time to review it carefully and make sure it is exactly as you like it.  Lipstick Shades WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE  a product for you, if you place an order and you have incorrectly typeset or made any mistakes on your approved proof.  

If you approve your online proof and leave them blank, without any personalization, we will not replace the products for you if they are manufactured blank as you approved them.  We cannot guareentee we will catch your mistake.  However, if our production team happens to catch your error, we will notify you that we have cancelled that order or single product on that order, and request you replace a new order with correct personalization.  A $5 fee will be charged for all online proofs generated on the cancelled order and the remaining amount credited on your account to apply towards the reorder.  The amount, less the proof fees, will not be refunded to your cc but simply credited to your Lipstick Shades account.

A $5 per proof fee will apply to any products ordered with proof approval, and products not fulfilled for any reason where an online proof was generated and order not able to be fulfilled due to customer error, missing information, incorrect information, order holds without customer response, etc.


There may be variance in your printed colors from what is shown on your screen with our online proofing tool, as screen monitor colors display differently on different monitors and may vary from actual printed colors.


SHIPPING

 Customers are responsible for all incurred shipping expenses.  Please review your shipping address carefully .  We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.  A $20 correction for any address correction processed through the shipping carrier for your order will be applied to your invoice and your cc will be charged accordingly.  By ordering from us and placing your order, you are accepting responsiblity for your shipping address and are resposible for any additional address correction fees incurred on your account due to incorrect or undeliverable provided shipping information.

Your orders will ship preferrably via Fed Ex ground or postal service.  We offer flat rate ground shipping based on retail amount purchased. Refer to the shipping chart below for our standard shipping rates. Expedited shipping is available for rush shipping and is based on published rates.  Your expedited shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.  

Please keep in mind if you ordered multiple products, they may be shipping at different times from different locations.  This means your ordered products may arrive in seperate packages at different times. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.  If you enter a PO Box for a shipping address and it is undeliveralbe, you will be responsible for an additional $20 address correction fee as well as a new ground shipping fee.

Customers are responsiible for making sure their shipping address is correct.  Lipstisck Shades is not responsible for shipping addresses errors made by customers and will not reship the product until a new shipping payment is made with a new confirmed shipping address.

Please verify your provided address information is correct.  A $20 fee will be applied to your invoice for any address correction fees as imposed on Lipstick Shades by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS when using the address provided for your order.  If for any reason your package is undeliverable to the shipping address you confirmed and returned to us, you will be responsible for the $20 address correction fee and any other shipping charges necessary to return the package to you. Please make sure you have accurately reviewed your shipping address prior to placing your order.

If for any reason, our shipping carriers is unable to deliver your package and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for an a new shipping fee to have the package reshipped and we will need to re confirm your shipping address.  You will be charged a new shipping plus pick up and processing charge.   Our estimated turnaround time no longer applies to any orders that are returned to us as we do not reship returned shipments on a daily basis.  Please verify your shipping address on your original order and make arrangements to prepare for your delivery so you can receive you original delivery to avoid the hassle of a double shipment.

We do not replace any product(s) or approve claims for any item or items where the tracking number for the shipping carrier shows delivered.   An item is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the actual day the item is picked up from our warehouse for actual transit (not on the day the shipping label was created).  If you are unable to locate your "delivered" package, we recommend you personally check with your carrier, other family members who reside at your residence, your building manager, neighbors or reach out to your local post office for assistance.  We are not responsible for packages that you are unable to find once the tracking number shows delivered.  It is our experience if the item says delivered, then you will eventually locate it as shipping carriers cannt report a trackable item as delivered unless it is actually delivered.  We also recommend if you have any pets that may damage or eat your delivered packages, you notify all of your shipping carriers of where to safely leave any deliveries.  We are not responsible nor do we replace any packages or products eaten or destroyed by pets or unopened delivered packages lost by crazy family members .


EDITOR AND FONTS

You may use our online design tool to design your custom monogrammed gift.  Lipstick Shades owns all the copyrights to our images and designs and you are not authorized to rerpoduce our images or designs in any way without written permissions from Lipstick Shades and our legal team. Please carefully proof and review your designed gift on the editor as what you see is what will print.  You must enter the personalization, colors and design to preview how it will look.  If you approve your proof without any of this info, including personalization, it will print with the generic info already filled in the product and you are still responsible for payment as it is your resposibilty to review prior to placing the order.

Certain letters of certain fonts may appear or space differently from other letters causing them to look off centered.  This is font specific and we are not able to change of correct this.  Please review all your specified letters in the font of your choice.  If you are not happy with how it will appear please choose a different font, as we are not able to change the layout of the letters of the font.  Items will not be replaced if you recieve your item and do not like the way your "J" looks off center compared to other letters.  This effect usually only happens with certain fonts and certain letters such as J, Z, Q, etc.  


OTTERBOX® APPROVED 

We are an approved and authorized reseller of OtterBox® custom personalized products.   Please note, OtterBox® does not authorize or allow their Defender® phone case series to be customized or printed at this time.  We caution customers against claims of authentic personalized OtterBox® Defender® Series phone cases as this customization is not approved or allowed by OtterBox®.  As an approved OtterBox® reseller, you are guaranteed an authentic OtterBox® product from Lipstick Shades.  OtterBox® has reviewed and approved our personalized Commuter® series phone cases and custom iPad Defender® Cases for resale.  As with any custom order product, OtterBox® does not extend their warranty to our custom products as the cases have been personalized.


WHAT IF MY PHONE CASE BREAKS?

ALL phone cases are breakable including our personalized authentic OtterBox® series and Tough Cases.   We recommend you handle with gentle care and do not remove your custom case once you apply it to your phone.  Removing your case on and off of your phone improperly can cause it to break.   Our higest quality custom printed design is meant to "glamify" your phone case for a long while but we are unable to guarantee your custom design will last a lifetime.  Phone cases are used repeatedly on a daily basis.  As a result, your custom personalized phone case will experience normal wear and tear depending on the amount of everyday use and environment.  We recommend you handle with gentle TLC to extend the life of your case and the vibrancy of your custom printed design. 

Once you receive your phone case in perfect condition from us, we will not replace any phone case that has been damaged or used in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is normal for all products to get dirty and show signs of wear and tear, depending on your daily use.  It is your responsiblity to care for and protect your monogram phone case.  We cannot be held responsible for broken phone cases or any elecronice case or device for any reason.  What does this mean? This means we do not replace or warranty any damaged cases no matter the reason including but not limted to all drops, any breaks, thrown by your toddler, accidentally kicked off the couch while watching "The Bachleor", dropped in your glass of pinot noir, eaten by your dog, ran over by your SUV, or fell out of your pocket while riding a roller coaster landing on concrete causing it to break. 

We recommend parents review our recommended gentle care instructions with their children or teens using our personalized cases for your iphone, phone or ipad.  We find that the younger generation is much tougher on their cases which can result in damage or expedited wear and tear regardless of where you purchase any phone case.  

Cases for electronic items are highly used and wear and tear (or getting dirty) should be expected.  We recommend you should expect to buy a new case for any electronic device about once a year on average- maybe sooner depending on use and care.

As our products are a specialty personalized gift that is custom printed for you, we recommend none of our printed electronic cases or our peel and stick vinyl decals be submerged or exposed to water for any reason as this may damage your custom personalized design.

CLAIMS & LIMITED WARRANTY: DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED


SInce your product is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer exhanges.  Refunds are not given on personalized product orders even if the product you recevied is defective.  We know you are excited to receive your new Lipstick Shades personalized product and we strive to get your order to you as fast as we can.  Therefore, once your order is placed and payment has been received, your order may not be canceled and a refund will not be issued. You can track your order status when you log in to your account.

LIMITED WARRANTY: We stand behind all of our products and certain products are covered under a 30 day from date of purchase warranty for certain conditions. We are a small company and are thrilled to be able to even offer a limited 30 day warranty on certain products.  We work hard to make your product pretty for you but once you receive it, and receive it in perfect condition, it is your responsibility to take gentle care of it and your resposibility to keep it in perfect condition. We are not responsible for damage to your product once you have received your product.  Products are not covered under warranty for replacement for products that are past 30 days from date of purchase. No exceptions.  Products can experience normal wear and tear from everyday use during this initial time frame and we are not able to replace product for normal wear and tear or falls or drops that result in breakage. Our limited 30 day warranty covers product defects or our mistakes only and does not cover breaks or everyday wear and tear as that is expected with any product. Our policy is the same as return or warranty policies at department stores...30 days with receipt.  

Please note, we do not replace any cases for breaks as all cases are breakable and you are responsible for the gentle care of your case.   No case is bulletproof so please handle with care.  Do not remove your case once it is applied to your device as this can cause it to break when uneven pressure is applied.  Our authentic OtterBox® Cases are not covered by the OtterBox® warranty as the cases are modified with your custom design printed on each one.

CLAIMS:  If your item arrives and has been damaged, defective or is incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days from date of delivery.   Please review your order prior to contacting us to verify that you ordered it correctly and confirm you are not responsible for the error.  If you used our online design tool, claims pertaining to personalization, design or font will not be approved as you are responsible for reviewing your online proof prior to approving and placing your order.  You can review your approved proof at any time by reviewing your email confirmation.  

To file a claim, please do the following:

                    1)  Log in to your account with username and password.
                    2) Click on 'orders' in top right of screen to see a list of your placed orders.
                    3)  Select the order in which the product is included that you wish to file a claim.
                    4)  Click the "claim" button next to the EXACT item you wish to file a claim on.
                    5)  Follow prompted instructions to file your claim.  Please be as specific and detailed as possible to expedite your claim.

Once your claim has been received please allow 2-7 business days for us to review and respond.  You will be contacting with approval or deinial of your claim via email within an estimated 2-7 business days.  All claims must be filed with all required details including picture that details your concern of the exact item.  You may track the progress of your claim at any time by logging in.  We will make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.  During holiday or rush times, our claim process or response time may be longer due to volume of production and orders.  If your claim is approved, your exact item will be remade in the normal estimated production time since even a remake is custom made.  Any damage or mistake is unintentional and we are not able to accomodate request by dates even if your original order was for a gift.  We will not offer a refund or credit if a need by date is missed as we do not guarantee any receive by dates.

ALL APPROVED CLAIMS ARE FOR THE EXACT ITEM, DESIGN AND COLOR ONLY. You may not exchange or upgrade to a different item for any reason. 

Our Monogrammed OtterBox® Defender iPad Cases are not covered under our limited warranty and are not eligible for replacement.

*If a product is discontinued before your item has shipped or for any other reason we find necessary, store credit will be provided not a refund.  If for any reason a refund is decided upon, it will be less a restock fee for costs already invested in your placed order including but not limited to online proof fee, online design tool, order handling fees, product costs, labor, time, etc.  This is part of the custom process and we will not offer a refund.  Again, if you are not able to be happy with our no refund policy in the extinuating circumstance there is a problem with you order, then do not place an order.

*WHOLESALE RETAILERS WARRANTY

Above warranty policies apply to active wholesale accounts only.  We are not able to process claims or offer replacement products for accounts that are not currently active.


PRODUCTS 

Our personalized melamine plates may have fine lines around the edges or subtle marks noted on the plate.  This is not a defect and in no way affects the quality of your personalized plate.   It is part of the melamine production process and cannot be avoided.  Plates with these characteristics will not be replaced.

Our personalized melamine dinnerware is very durable and great for everyday use, but like any product it is breakable.  Our kiddos eat on our customized melamine plates every meal!  Lipstick Shades personalized melamine dinnerware is dishwasher safe but like any product must be handled with care.  We do not state they are unbreakable and we are unable to replace our personalized melamine dinnerware after it is purchased if it is broken for any reason.

The color of each of your products may vary from the color shown on your monitor, display album or other products ordered due to the printing process.  Each product may be printed differently and on different machines and therefore variations of select colors will be noted at times.  Colors will also appear different on different mediums.  For example, products printed on fabric may appear lighter or more muted as compared to items printed on plastic.  These items will not be replaced as it is part of the custom printing process.  

The alignment of each design on the product may appear slightly off center at times due to the printing process of each product.  It is not a defect and in no way affects the quality of the product and will not be replaced.

We are not responsible for errors in typeset related to font or lettercase if a proof is not requested.  We are not responsible for any typeset related issues when you deisgned your product with our design tool and approved your proof for porduction.  You are responsible to review your items very carefully to make sure it is exactly as you want it to print.   Once you approve your proof online, you are confirming and authorizing us to produce EXACTLY as it is shown to you on screen and we will not be responsible for any mistakes made by customer once your proof is approved.  Please do not approve the proof if you do not want it to print exactly as shown to you.  We cannot make changes once it is approved.  If you have a question and your proof is not exactly as you like it, please cancel that proof and email us prior tp approving the proof and placing your order.  If you approve the proof and place your order, we are unable to make changes for you and you are responsible for your product printing exactly as you approved it.

We are not responsible if your selected choices on your order, including but not limited to font, color, and device selection etc. is different from information entered into "special instructions".  It is your responsibility to review your order before placing it to verify that all entered information is correct.  If conflicting information is entered in the order, we are not responsible to catch the conflicting information and product will not be replaced if what you receive is listed anywhere on your order.

WIth some monogram style certain letters may not appear centered.  We are not able to change this as it is part of the font alignment.  Please make sure you are happy with your online proof character spacing since it will print as your proof displays on screen.  We will not remake product due to monogram alignment.  If you are unsure of your monogram spacing, please request a proof as we are not responsible for monogram font selections in which certain letters may not appear centered.

Color on products may appear different than what is shown on your monitors or what you are able to print out from our site.  Printed colors may also vary between products due to different mediums, different products, different printers, ink levels and more.  For this reason, color variance are unavoidable and products will not be replaced for color variances between products or orders.  Please note if you order the same product in same colors and it is printed at different times, it too may demonstrate color variance due to different printers, ink levels etc.  These variances are not defects in any way and do not affect the quality of your product.  It is an unavoidable characteristic in the world of custom printing of personalized products and cannot be avoided.  Any of our products that demonstrate color variances will not be replaced so please make sure this will not bother you.

For our personalized phone cases, the printed color may slightly fade as the design wraps around to the front of the case.  This is normal for this printing process and will not be replaced.  

Our cases are priced accordingly because they are custom made for you with your design choice, name or monogram and in some cases (pun intended) even your custom color choices. 
You are paying extra for the customization and personalization.  You are not paying for a "magic" case that protects your iphone or device at some "magical increased" level as opposed to other generic cases bought in any retail store.  The additional cost is for the customization and personalization so that your case is unique and custom for only YOU!  Actually, our monogrammed iphone cases are priced lower than certain "name brand couture" generic cases that are not customized or personalized for you in any way.  

Please keep in mind as with any products, white will get dirty from use, show scuff marks, products demonstrate wear and tear with us,etc.  We will not replace your product due to getting dirty, scuff or scratch marks, or common everyday wear and tear with use.  Our products are not unbreakable, so if you drop and break any item, it cannot be replaced.  Customers are responsible for the care of their product or products once purchased. 

Most of our products are printed with our logo. Please make sure this will not bother you as we are not able to remove it.  


If you are concerned about your recently received product please contact us for instructions.  We are available to review your received product for up to 90 days after purchase date.

Please make sure you will be happy with any of these unavoidable characteristics on your personalized product before placing your order since they are not defects and will not be replaced.

PAYMENT 

All orders are prepaid.  Valid credit card info must be provided with each order.  You agree that you will only pay with a credit card you are authorized to use.  Wholesale accounts may not make wholesale purchases using a retail customer's credit card that they are not authorized to make charges on.  This is considered credit card fraud and is subject to penalty, fees and account cancellation. If valid cc info is not provided a $5 call for credit card fee will be applied to your invoice.  If your credit card is declined a $2 credit card recovery fee will be applied to your invoice.  Your order will not be processed until payment is received.  Please ensure you have provided accurate and valid payment info so your order is not delayed.

PRICING

Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.  Certain products may be on sale at certain times.  Sale prices are only available during the time of the sale and priced accordingly on site.  Sale prices cannot be applied to past orders but you may place a new order for another product to take advantage of current sale price if avaialable.

FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

Lipstick Shades does not tolerate credit card fraud.  The charge that will appear on your statement will be from LipstickShades.comGifts.  We do not tolerate fraudulent activity of any sort, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Lipstick Shades will never charge your credit card without your agreement to our terms and your confirmed authorization.  Please note you are not able to complete a purchase or authorize your credit card purchase until you agree to our terms and our no refund policy.  If you do not agree to our terms, then you are not allowed to proceed through checkout or purchase our products.

If you have a problem with your order, please file a claim on our website for us to review.  Please review your complete purchase including your online product description, and your approved proof before filing a claim.  Lipstick Shades will correct any unintentional error that is our fault.  We are not responsile for customers mistakes and are not able to replace product for you if you ordered the wrong item or received the product exactly as your online proof was approved.

We will dilegently follow up on any received chargeback notifications.  Lipstick Shades will provide upon such notification all your authorized order information including but not limited to, your placed order, product details, product description, your approved online proof, your agreement to our terms, your agreement to our no refund policy, shipment tracking numbers and your authorization to charge your credit card.   It is your right to file a dispute, however, we will dispute any fradulent chargebacks and provide all information to validate that the charge was in fact authorized and you received your product as you approved it with your order.

Lipstick Shades does not tolerate dishonest customers and are not flexible on our policies.

If you break or damage your custom case, regardless of the length of time you have had the case, you are still responsible for the case.  Any attempt to fraudulently contact your credit card company to reverse an authorized charge for a damaged case will be agressively followed up by our team.  All data will be sent demonstrtating your awareness and agreement to our policies, all of your authorizations, tracking and delivery confirmation, and how it is not our respsonsibility to replace a case that you damaged.  We will alos submit any new and unpaid invoices, including admin fee invoices, to a collection agency that will be turned over to all three credit agencies if not paid in full via check.  We work very hard to ensure you receive an adorable custom case from us.  Care of your case is only your resposibilty and we do not tolerate dishonest customers who attempt to get out of paying for an item that they received, used and damaged.  You are responsible for any damage to your own case and this does not justify a valid chargeback request. We will absolutely not tolerate customers attempting to be dishonest for products damaged while using.

If you have a question about a purchase you made, you should contact us to help you review your account.  We will aggressively defend and prosecute any persons who fradulently and deceivingly claims otherwise.  Lipstick Shades maintains all your order data, including but not limited to your self initiated account setup, your acceptance to our terms on each purchase, your provided authorization for each purchase, your approved online proof, your sent order confirmations, and delivery confirmations.  Please keep in mind you are not allowed to finalize an order with us until you have agreed to our terms so if you have any concerns with you order.  If we have unintentionally made a mistake we are happy to correct it.  Lipstick Shades is not responsible for customer mistakes.

Making an authorized purchase on our website, agreeing to our terms and then later "just changing your mind" after you have utuitlized our online tools and others have labored and worked over your order DOES NOT change the fact that your purchase is authorized and valid.  You are responsible for full payment of personalized products you ordered and were custom made for you.  Any dishonesty related to disputing that charge will be notified to the cardholders issuing bank and Lipstick Shades will make full efforts to provide all  documented data and communications proving the chargeback is fradulent.  Please contact us immediately if you have any questions as we are not flexible on this issue.


CONTESTS

Lipstick Shades may hold contest and product giveaways for Facebook fans and preferred Lipstick Shades customers.  We may also particpate in contests or giveaways with other companies, blogs, magazines etc.  We are happy to offer these fun and exclusive contests and prizes to our preferred customers and fans.  If you are a winner, please contact us within 3 business days to claim your prize or another winner may be selected.  

Lipstick Shades reserves the right to not fulfill an order, contest, or prize giveaway if the winner is an employee, owner, or related in any way to another company or individual offering gift products Lipstick Shades determines to be similar in any way.


COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

Lipstick Shades takes copyright infringement very seriously.  All designs, product shots, marketing photos, and slogans are copyrighted or trade dress of Lipstick Shades.  They may not be copied or redistirbuted in any way without written authorization from Lipstick Shades.  

Our designs and patterns are registered with the US Copyright office and our legal team will agressively prosecute any induvidual or entities that blatantly attempt to infringe on our rights or mimic our designs or know brand in any way.  

Ipad and iPhone is a registered and respected trademark of Apple.  OtterBox® and their Commuter® Series Case and Defender® Series is a respected and registered trademark of OtterBox®.  We are an authorized reseller of OtterBox® products.


ADDITIONAL FEES

Please be aware that we retain the right to assess a $350.00 administrative fee for any additional labor or research on your account for any reason.  Such a fee will be charged to your account to cover labor, time, and research efforts made for the review of your account for any additional requests made by yourself or a third party on your behalf. 

Your invoice will be emailed to you and full payment will be required within 2 business days via cashiers check or all consumer info will be reported to all major credit beaureaus. We will provide all your account information as well as your order authorization, your agreement to our terms checked upon checkout, a copy of all our terms you were required to agree to, your agreement to no refunds or returns, your agreement to our estimated turnaround time, your proof approval and any other data you provided upon order receipt to show that your purchase was in fact authorized and legal.  We will also list your account in default if immediate payment of the $350 fee is not received and report your account and personal consumer information along with any unpaid amounts, for product or administrative fees, including your invoice for our research fee, to the three major credit bureaus and a third party collection agency. 

A $20 correction for any address correction processed through the shipping carrier for your order will be applied to your invoice and your cc will be charged accordingly.  By ordering from us and placing your order, you are accepting responsiblity for your shipping address and are resposible for any additional address correction fees incurred on your account due to incorrect or undeliverable provided shipping information.  We are not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Information collected on this site is for the sole discretionary use of Lipstick Shades, Inc. We will not share, sell or rent any of your information to any other persons or third parties. Lipstick Shades, Inc. collects information from our users under the dealer inquiry section of our website. 

We use IP addresses to gather broad demographic information to help analyze the market and administer the site. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information in any way.
